The Power of Reflection in a Culture of Hustle

Since we’re always in go-go-go mode with goal setting and drafting action plans, at Kissflow in our recent leadership workshop, we thought it’d be good to pause and reflect. The aim was to understand our why, and think through on how the year went down. We also wanted to have a holistic approach, so we addressed both the personal and the professional. The questions are given below for those interested to use.

While we did end up sitting like students writing board exams, moments of uncomfortable silence (or profound?) we thought, was necessary — for a more collected and sharp approach toward our future rather than fall back into older habits.

Little did I imagine that this fable that my daughter was a part of in Kidergarden would help trigger our discussions.

We wrapped up by discussing our chosen questions within smaller groups which as always brings out surprising sides to our colleagues, bringing us a lots of laughter and a little closer.
