Culture Musings: Evolving Clarity

Every time I meet with our new colleagues (sounds better than “employees”), I take some time to share why we are intentional about our focus on culture. These conversations have ended up helping me gain greater clarity on why and how we are / can work in this space.

The hope is that meaningful, long term, sustainable change is created and driven by everyone within the organization.
